There are many treatments available both in the medical and beauty industry for treatments to improve stretch marks but i have not seen any really convincing results with any presently available. There are laser treatments including radio-frequency (RF) skin tightening and lipo massage machines like the Velasmooth and Velashape with can be used to improve the results but on stretch marks the result could not be guaranteed.
These types of treatment work best on the stomach area after pregnancy or on cellulite to improve skin texture and tone. Velasmooth treatments would normally start at around £50 per session for small areas and require multiple treatments in some cases up to 12 treatments in total. You would require fewer treatments with RF skin tightening possibly 4-6 but these would be in the region of £150-200 per session
In addition if the stretch marks are now white in colour this could make them more stubborn to treat.
There are some new alternatives to laser treatments on the market now. These include Derma roller and dry needling which may give you some benefit but i would be unsure of the cost of these as it is a treatment I do not provide.
