Mr Bruce Allan qualified as a doctor from the prestigious Cambridge University in 1995 and went onto to undertake the following training:
• Advanced training in corneal surgery at Moorfield's Eye Hospital.
• Advanced training in refractive surgery.

His areas of speciality are as follows:
• Wavefront guided laser refractive surgery.
• Cataract surgery.
• Lens implantation for the correction of high refractive errors.
