Hi...Why after R L E sugery is one eye gave me no problem to settle...Yet the other eye giving me problems...eg...Watering eye and foreign body feeling three months on...Why do eyes not react the same?

Its difficult to say without knowing all the details and without looking at your eyes. You should book an appointment with the clinic where you had the treatment to get their opinion.
