Q.

laser treatment

can laser treatment be used for people needing glasses to read and close up work

A.

If you only need glasses for reading then laser eye surgery is still a possibility using either monovision or blended vision laser eye surgery techniques. Alternatively there is a non laser technique called CK Treatment but this typically only lasts around 3 years. You should go for a laser eye surgery consultation to see if you are suitable.
