The reason the discomfort is so minimal is because the needles being used are incredibly fine. Most people find the Botox procedure to be straight forward and it is rare that the discomfort would put them off having it repeated in the future. If you are particularly worried about the discomfort then you should discuss this with your practitioner, who will ensure that the area is sufficiently numbed.
