Mr Daryus Panthakey is the founder and clinical director of Accuvision whose main responsibility is to lead the medical team. Daryus has been involved in the field of ophthalmology for over 30 years and has always had a particular interest and passion for refractive surgery.
Mr Daryus Panthakey has been actively involved in the advancement of laser eye surgery over the years helping to develop new applications and training refractive surgeons in custom laser correction procedures.

Experience:
Mr Chad Rostron is an extremely experienced refractive surgeon who began his training as an eye specialist in the 1980s. His hard work and passion for ophthalmology saw him become a fellow in 1988.
He decided to specialise in laser eye surgery from 1995 and was amongst the first ophthalmologists to carry out the Lasik procedure in the UK. His vast experience and expertise in the field has seen him train many laser eye surgeons in refractive surgery.
As well as being a medical director of Accuvision, Mr Chad Rostron is also Consultant Ophthalmologist at Moorfields Eye Hospital and honorary ophthalmology consultant at Sutton & St Heliers and Kingston Hospital.
As well as laser eye surgery he is also highly trained in a variety of other refractive surgeries such as Implantable contact lenses and refractive lens exchange. Such procedures are all available at Accuvision and are used as an alternative to laser eye surgery if you are considered unsuitable. People with especially high prescriptions may well fall out of the range of laser eye surgery and may therefore benefit from such procedures.
