What are the guarantees?

As with all surgery/treatment there are no guarantees regarding the result of the treatment. The minimum guarantee one should expect is that complications should be rectified without any additional fees (check this prior to agreeing to proceed).

Find out what the healthcare providers refund policy is in case you change your mind on arrival. Find out the refund policy if for any reason they decide they are unwilling to treat you. (e.g. as a result of examining you on the day).
